Validate your bank account
Please make sure the following two conditions are met before validating your account:
- You have completed and returned the Cass payment form.
- You have been instructed by the Cass ACH set-up team or international carriers team to initiate the account validation process.
If you have not
completed the Cass payment form, you must do this step first
before continuing to the portal. Please contact CarrierSupport@cassinfo.com
to request the necessary documents.
